Dairy Workshop

How 'typing' mastitis pathogens can save you milk & money, and reduce antibiotic use on your dairy farm

Vet Peter Plate will be joining Innovation for Agriculture to hold a workshop for dairy farmers to discuss methods of reducing antibiotic use on the dairy farm.

Peter has been involved with a field lab that has been identifying the bacteria that are causing mastitis, and then only treating with antibiotics where necessary.

There will also be an introduction and overview from Innovation for Agriculture.

The workshop is for dairy farmers & vets.

FREE to attend. Places are limited at this workshop so booking is essential.

Tea & coffee will be provided.

An Innovation for Agriculture event hosted by The Royal Cheshire Agricultural Society
