This webinar will consider ways to collect, analyse and present qualitative data. There are many benefits in using qualitative data in improving understanding and making research or evaluation findings more relevant and engaging.

The webinar will consider the following:

  • What is qualitative data
  • Its importance and relevance
  • Any limitations or risks
  • How it can be collected
  • Ways in which it can be analysed- including the use of AI
  • Different presentation techniques – including case studies and quotes

Practical examples will be shared by both the research and evaluation teams at the IS of the approaches that have been taken to the use of qualitative data in a range of reports.
