We will discuss how we worked in partnership to streamline their processes, manage training in-house and negotiate discounts with suppliers. We helped identify areas of cost saving without compromising the quality of training, or the safety of their staff. These measures secured them substantial savings whilst maximising their budget. Last year alone we were able to save them over £480,000 on their training budgets.

We are delighted to be joined by David Maguire, Senior Learning and Development Professional Advisor from the Met. Dave will share his experiences of working with Premier Partnership to improve the quality and value for money of their learning and development.
