How we will bring about a future free of HIV transmission
Event Information
About this Event
Terrence Higgins Trust, National AIDS Trust and Elton John AIDS Foundation commissioned the report together to look at how we achieve this ambitious goal of no new HIV transmissions and HIV related deaths by 2030, to help England to become one of the first countries to reach the UN zero-infections target.
The report has brought together an advisory panel of experts from various fields of interest and has investigated the different measures needed to achieve the HIV Commission's aim. Looking at:
- Medical
- Policy
- Public preconceptions
The report has been passed on and is being reviewed by an advisory governmental group who will work with organisations like Terrence Higgins Trust and National AIDS Trust to implement services to achieve this aim.
Join a panel of the Commissioners and staff from Terrence Higgins Trust as they discuss the work ahead of us.
