Description

Over the last two years, The Baobab Network have worked with some of Africa's most talented women tech entrepreneurs that are running businesses that use innovation and technology to solve pressing market problems. Quite simply, we have been blown away by the passion, talent and innovations that we have seen.

On Wednesday 5th July we are running an event in London to showcase some of the companies we have worked with, sharing some of the work our teams have delivered and the innovations we have seen. We will also discuss some of the challenges faced by start-ups in countries like Kenya, Zambia, Ghana and Rwanda, as founders look to scale their businesses and ideas.

We're also very excited to be joined by Eunice Baguma Ball, Founder and Director of the Africa Technology Business Network and also project lead of #HerFutureAfrica, a programme equipping young African female entrepreneurs with the right tools, mentorship and networks to launch high-impact businesses.

Eunice will be discussing her thoughts on the influence that women tech entrepreneurs are having in Sub Saharan Africa, and also sharing some of the impact her initiatives are having in the space.

We will also be discussing the upcoming Women Entrepreneurs in Ghana programme, where The Baobab network team are looking to take a team of high flying business women from around the world to Accra for two weeks to work with some of Ghana's most exciting women led start-ups.

For more info or to get in touch with us, email team@thebaobabnetwork.com.

Look forward to seeing you there!
