It’s always good to know the endgame! Particularly in these changing times in relation to assessment criteria at end of Key Stage 2 and the renewed emphasis on “secondary ready”.
How does writing in primary prepare pupils for what they are going to have to use their writing for, in Year 7? What useful approaches to “catch-up” with regard to writing can secondary schools share with primaries, so that they can prepare their pupils well?
