Welcome to HowlyBallet Online Ballet Class!

I am so excited to build a brand new community for ballet and that begins with my first ever omline ballet class on Zoom for novice to elementary level dancers. This class is perfect for anyone looking to learn and improve their ballet skills and I promise that no stone will be left unturned, to help you improve and master your classical ballet technique.

What to Expect:

• A class fully focused on the art & disciplne of the ballet barre including, every recognised barre exercise and a few surprises that will provide you with my best training tips and methods to help you build consistent, accurate and detailed technical growth.
• Engaging and interactive online class to a modern soundtrack.
• Professional ballet instruction with every step broken down for your development.
• Work on the fundamental and foundational technique of barre work, strength and stamina necessary for classical ballet technique with build up's, strengthening, practice drills and combinations throughout and to conclude the event.
• Class will be recorded and sent to everyone to practice or those unable to attend after the event has finished from howlyballet@gmail.com
• Homework will be set including practice drills and strength & conditioning exercises

Class Details:

• Open to level 2 (novice) level 3 (elementary) & level 4 (intermediate) dancers
• No special equipment needed - but a chair or kitchen work top would be useful to act as a barre.
