Description
We were pleased to invite delegates to attend a six-part programme aimed at developing Managers/Supervisors, HR professionals and those with an interest in people management. Our HR Academy programme consistes of six morning seminars run monthly starting on 10 October 2017 through to April 2018, covering a multitude of HR topics including a Mock Employment Tribunal in the forth seminar scheduled in January 2018.
As a delegate you are given the chance to follow a ‘soap opera’-style story of three employees and their managers throughout the 6 part programme, learning the common mistakes that can be made when managing people, we provide hints and tips on how best to avoid them. It is an ideal learning and development tool for those at the start of their HR or people management career, but also really useful for those with experience as we debate the different styles and habits we pick up throughout our careers.

Session 3 – Conducting Disciplinaries and Appeals 05 December 2017
Session 4 – Employment Tribunals 23 January 2018
Session 5 – Handling Grievances and Mediation Skills 06 March 2018
Session 6 – Managing the Redundancy Process 24 April 2018

We guide you through a case from the safety of your seats!
Each session runs on a Tuesday morning between 09:00 – 13:00 and is available to book individually for just £29.95 +VAT per session. There will be opportunity to network with other delegates and Tea, Coffee and biscuits is included in the cost of the seminar.
However, if you join our HR Academy and book on all six seminars we can offer a special rate of just £149.75, therefore your sixth seminar is free as you pay for just five. Contact the RBHR team for details.
