This session is for DSAT Headteachers and HBM's
This event will be hosted by Amy Phillips - Browne Jacobson.
The session will discuss:
- How do we maintain a strong workplace culture that avoids disciplinary and grievance issues?
- What can I resolve informally through discussion and good employee relations?
- When do we need to make things formal?
- How do we carry out investigations?
- What steps are available to us following an investigation?
- How long should all this take?
Including an additional ½ hour added to the end of this session to explore a case study relating to a grievance or disciplinary matter.
Desired outcomes:
- For HTs to be confident in managing a strong workplace culture in line with our values.
- For HTs to know how an investigation should be conducted.
- For HTs to understand what happens after the investigation has been conducted.
