About the speakers

Lena Milosevic MBE is Global Director, Inclusion and Engagement at AVEVA. Lena joined AVEVA in October 2021. As the first person in this role, she has been responsible for leading AVEVA’s global diversity and inclusion policy, governance, strategy and plans across the business in 50 countries. Lena has worked for the advancement of diversity and inclusion throughout her career – for local government in the UK, through activism, to twenty years with the British Council as Country Director/Cultural Attaché in several overseas postings (Argentina, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Mexico). She was awarded an MBE in 2017 for services to cultural relations.

Jo Twiselton is an Executive and Organisational Change Coach who helps leaders perform under pressure, build resilient, people-first cultures, and deliver change that works better for everyone involved. Drawing on a background in corporate change communication, she works with executives and teams in demanding environments to strengthen influence, increase impact and create real clarity. Her approach blends coaching and facilitation with practical tools that cut through complexity, gets people aligned, and maintains momentum in times of change and uncertainty.

Caroline Batchelor studied Radio Production and Business Studies at Manchester University. Caroline started her recruitment career in 1999 after backpacking around the world for 14 months. She’s been with Pure since we began in 2002. As a Director, Caroline’s responsible for mid-to-senior level HR recruitment across Cambridgeshire. She’s also a qualified coach, co-facilitator of our Women’s Leadership Programme, volunteer at The Phoenix Trust and a dog mum to Maisie, a 13 year old rescue terrier.

Ruth Trimbitas worked in HR over 20 years across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, education, and pharmaceuticals, culminating in a global HR Director role, Ruth’s career took an unexpected turn. During her first pregnancy, health challenges led her to explore nutrition, and the results were transformative. Inspired, she studied nutritional therapy for 3 years (while raising 2 young children) and made the bold leap to start her own practice.

Initially working one-to-one with clients, Ruth was soon invited to speak at workplace wellbeing events. The enthusiastic response revealed a clear need: nutrition as a strategic tool for employee wellbeing. She launched ‘Nourish Your Business’, offering corporate nutritional therapy services tailored to executive health, menopause, maternity, shift work, and mental wellbeing.

Today, Ruth blends her HR expertise with nutritional science to help organisations build healthier, more resilient teams, through talks, programmes, and express sessions that make wellbeing practical and powerful.
