Description

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE TO WEDNESDAY 3 APRIL

The very mention of the words disciplinary, grievance or capability is likely to give rise to a heavy sigh from most HR practitioners. Nevertheless, these are essential procedures in any organisation which, if handled properly, should be an aid to effective management, enabling issues to be resolved quickly and at low cost to the workplace.

This case study based, interactive session, provides an overview of the key principles of managing ER casework and walk you through the main stages and the dos and don’ts based around some typical scenarios which you will undoubtedly be familiar with.
