We’re gathering to press pause - to reflect on sustainable leadership, burnout, boundaries, and the emotional reality of supporting others in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

A global HR leader with 20 years in luxury across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Raffaella has shaped talent and leadership strategies at Gucci, Saint Laurent, Tiffany & Co., and Boucheron. Passionate about purpose-driven business, she champions social and climate impact, turning vision into measurable outcomes.

STEPHANIE RICCI - Group Chief Learning Officer, AXA (Ex-Kering)

Stéphanie Ricci is a global HR executive, advisor, business angel and Venture Partner, passionate about shaping the future of work. She has led major HR, Talent and Learning transformations across the US and Europe, including as Chief Learning Officer at AXA and Group Head of Talent at Kering, where she launched the Kering Digital Academy.

Now Founder of Phoenix Advisory, she advises CHROs on AI, learning and talent strategy, while supporting tech scale-ups as a Venture Partner, board advisor (incl. BetterUp) and business angel. She is driven by people-first transformation, innovation and lasting impact.
