About this Event

Gaining a better understanding of what the proposed disability discrimination legislation will mean for employers; how to approach appropriate adjustments in the workplace; and how GET can support employers.

Delegates will receive a practical overview of the proposed disability discrimination legislation; a case study on appropriate adjustments and some guidance for Employers on how to become disability confident. They will also gain an insight into how GET can support employers to better accommodate people with disabilities into their workforce and enjoy the benefits of better diversity and inclusion at work.
