We'd be delighted if you could join us for our Brabners HR Forum in Manchester on Thursday 13 October 2016.
Our highly topical subject for this session will be "Named and shamed for low pay: A headline you don’t need”. It won’t have escaped your attention that a certain sports retailer has been in the news recently, and not for the right reasons. The recent public exposure of employers whose attempts to extract increased costs efficiencies from a low paid workforce has shone a light into the dark corners of post-millennial employment practices. From the use of zero hours contracts to breaches of the National Minimum Wage, we will look at what went wrong and identify the learning points for businesses.
Our HR forum is a networking group aimed at HR professionals and operations managers, together with anyone who is responsible for managing people in their organisation.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to get up to date whilst networking with like-minded colleagues.
Come along, join in, share best practice and increase your knowledge and experience.
