It won’t have escaped your attention that a certain sports retailer has been in the news recently, and not for the right reasons. The recent public exposure of employers whose attempts to extract increased costs efficiencies from a low paid workforce has shone a light into the dark corners of post-millennial employment practices. From the use of zero hours contracts to breaches of the National Minimum Wage, we will look at what went wrong and identify the learning points for businesses.
Our HR forum is a networking group aimed at HR professionals and operations managers, together with anyone who is responsible for managing people in their organisation.
