Description

The HR Leadership Programme has been designed for Human Resources Professionals from all types of organisations. The programme will cover a wide range of HR issues, of importance to those working within the HR function. The programme is split into two weeks, with the first week focusing on Leading and Development practices. The second week focuses on innovatory HR practices.

The Learning and Development workshop will focus on key aspects relevant for L&D professionals, and those working within the L&D function. The workshop will kick off with discussing how to align learning and development with the business strategy of an organisation. We will discuss how to manage the learning & development within an organisation. Coaching has proven to be highly successful for many organisations. Hence, this workshop will focus on how to develop a coaching culture with your own organisations. The workshop will also look at how to manage in-house trainings, including trainings conducted through technology (such as webinars). Finally the learning and development workshop will look at how to measure and evaluate learning and development programmes.

The Innovatory HR Practices Workshop will focus on the latest HR practices being employed around the world today. We will study, the best practices in recruitment, selection and resources of talent. Best companies are able to source the appropriate talent to develop strategic advantages for their organisations. The programme will also look at motivation and management policies that can be developed and adopted by various types of organisations. The programme will look at strategies for talent management including assessing, development and measurement of talent. The workplace is changing rapidly. Hence, we will study best practices within alternative work schedules, including virtual work environments, work from home, Flexi -hours, etc. Finally this workshop will look at managing diversity, inclusion and avoiding workplace harassment.
