Description

Management practices across cultures

SIETAR UK is delighted to host eminent cross-culturalist Peter Alfandary to lead a panel of HR leaders in conversation about management and culture.

  • Beyond diverse corporate cultures, to what extent does national culture affect management in companies?

  • What challenges, opportunities and practice arise from managing multi-cultural teams?

  • How to motivate and incentivise across cultures ?

  • How to give feedback and evaluate teams with different cultural approaches and sensitivities to evaluation?

These and many other related questions will shed light on current practice in this area.
