Arrive at 4.30 pm prompt when the event will begin, followed by a guided tour of the Theatre and Edwardian afternoon tea, finishing around 7 pm

Please note: as all proceeds from this event will go towards the upkeep of the Theatre, the cost of admission is not refundable on this occasion should you book but later need to cancel

The Kings Theatre is a beautiful, nationally recognised listed theatre built in 1907.  Since 2003, the theatre has been run by voluntary charitable Trust, investing over £2 million in extensive restoration.

The challenges of HR in this environment are very different, working with limited resources, a large pool of flexible staff, and many volunteers with highly demanding and specialised roles.  With new and ambitious future business plans for growth, the theatre is going through significant culture change to ensure its sustainability.

Come along to this session and find out how HR is addressing these changes and developing its people strategy.  As part of the session, participants will also be given a guided tour of the theatre.  This event will therefore enable you to experience and understand this fantastic venue in a completely different way.
