We're thrilled to introduce you to our next fantastic speaker Stephen Connelly who'll be joining us for our December HR on the Solway networking meeting in Dumfries.

Meet Stephen Connelly

Who is he?
Stephen is a Partner in Blackadders LLP's award-winning employment law team, overseeing the firm's employment law services from its Glasgow office. He is accredited as a Specialist in Employment Law by the Law Society of Scotland and has specialised in employment law for just under 20 years.

What's his expertise?
In addition to regularly appearing in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of clients, Stephen provides strategic, practical advice on the full range of employment law and HR topics throughout the employment relationship cycle, including disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, unfair dismissal, discrimination issues, Working Time Regulations, TUPE and contractual disputes. He also advises on GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 obligations and business immigration issues.

Who has he worked with?
Stephen has advised and assisted clients of all shapes and sizes across numerous sectors, taking a practical view on contentious disputes that benefits clients by focusing on achievable outcomes rather than just rules and regulations.
