HR Perspectives on Leadership

Leadership is one of the 10 most-used buzzwords on LinkedIn. People follow a leader. But what does leadership mean to CIPD members? What must an effective leader do to create better work and working lives in their organizations?
These topical HR leadership questions will be examined in this interactive event. All participants will be encouraged to look beyond traditional approaches and to develop their own leadership potential.
This event will help you:

  • gain fresh insights about HR leadership from individual, team and organizational perspectives
  • identify what helps and hinders you to exercise leadership
  • apply new ways of thinking about leadership in your own work and organization.

Join us and have your views of leadership challenged.
