HR Process Improvement, Review and Diagnostics –
The Business Case for Change
Most HRDs aspire to do and be three main things; 1) deliver a brilliant HR service, 2) be a value driver within the business and 3) be an engine of innovation reinforcing HR’s ability to impact the bottom line and drive the business forward.
However, many HRDs and HR teams get stuck at number one.
We are very pleased to welcome Mandy Chapman, an engaging facilitator and speaker, to show how time invested carefully in getting the basics right can release HRDs to focus on enabling the business to meet its objectives.
Mandy will deliver a captivating session with practical tips that delegates will be able to implement within their organisations.
Refreshments will be served from 6pm with the event starting promptly at 6.30pm.
