Description

Are you reliant on recruitment agencies?
Do you feel the market tightening?
Are you struggling to attract the right candidates?

In the latest Quarterly Economic Survey by the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce, 60% of businesses said they attempted to recruit and 59% of these reported difficulties in recruiting. Access Generation CIC found that two out of three companies had a very poor or no job or careers section on their website.

Currently, the employment market is tightening, competition for experienced people is greater and the costs associated with the use of agencies remains high. So, what can you do to take control of your attraction and recruitment?

Join Access Generation CIC for a free half-day workshop to learn from the experience and insights gained from their research over 450 companies. Find out the do’s and don’ts for the candidate journey, support content and employer brand to help you attract and recruit the right candidates.

This training workshop will include guided activities and conversations.

Workvine, an HR tech company who help businesses attract, recruit, engage and train, have sponsored Access Generation to assess 150 business career pages and will be revealing the results and sharing some learnings during this workshop.
