What helps people professionals feel resourced, supported and able to do their best work?

Drawing on new insights from the 2026 HR Mental Wellbeing Survey, this webinar explores the real emotional pressures facing today’s people teams and why many traditional wellbeing strategies often miss the mark.

We’ll examine emerging forms of support, including HR supervision, and share evidence-backed strategies for building a healthier, more sustainable environment for people teams.
