THE WORKSHOP
Our Managing Stress in the Workplace workshop is designed to help Managers and Business Owners reduce the impact of stress on their businesses, and their employees.
In the workshop, you’ll learn:

- How you can recognise the signs of stress in your team
- Practical steps you can take to reduce and manage stress in your business
- How you can effectively support any of your team impacted by stress
- Your legal duty of care to actively manage the risks posed by workplace stress to your employees
Workshop participants will receive a workplace stress management toolkit containing practical guidance and templates to take away.
