HS-UK 'Gold Standard' Perimetry Courses
The aim of this highly-interactive course is to provide attendees with expert advice and a detailed overview of how to get the most out of the Octopus 900 full-field perimeter, a device which offers both static and kinetic perimetry.
The day will include lectures delivered by a faculty of perimetry specialists, including Dr. Fiona Rowe, Reader in Orthoptics at the University of Liverpool and Honorary Professor at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
The agenda will cover a wide range of topics, including; system & test set-up, static & kinetic examination, test evaluation cluster, polar & trend analysis and more.
In addition to a comprehensive lecture programme, the day will include practical, hands-on sessions and test simulations facilitated by the HS-UK team, allowing attendees the opportunity to gain experience using this state-of-the-art perimetry system.

About the Key Speaker
The HS-UK 'Gold Standard' Perimetry Courses will feature guest speaker, Professor Fiona Rowe, University of Liverpool.
Prof. Fiona Rowe is a Professor in orthoptics and health services research at the University of Liverpool and a recent NIHR Research Fellow. She is associate-editor-in-chief for the journal Strabismus, editor for Current Eye Research, Cochrane Eyes & Vision group editor and a mentor for the National Institute of Health Research clinical academic research pathway.
Her particular research interests include visual impairment due to acquired brain injury (particularly stroke), visual field evaluation and control of ocular alignment.
