The enrolment session is for applicants to secure their place on their chosen course within the HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE AND CHILDCARE department. Courses:

• City & Guilds Diploma in An Introduction to Professional Cookery
• City & Guilds Level Diploma in Professional Cookery

• Identification - for example: passport / bank card / photocard driving license / birth certificate / adoption certificate / national insurance card
• Copy of your exam results
