Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We require everyone to be 18+ to attend this event. A photographic ID (passport or driving licence) will be required for entry .

Refund Policy

After purchasing your tickets, you will not be able to get a refund, except where we have cancelled or rescheduled the event as set out in clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions. You can view the Terms and Conditions here.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either download and print your paper tickets at the link provided in your confirmation email or show them as e-tickets on the door.

Re-entry of the night?

If you leave the Venue after having been admitted, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Is there parking onsite?

No parking onsite.

Standing Event

There is no seating at the Venue. All Tickets are standing only and specific spaces within the Venue will be available on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified by the Venue staff if a particular space has reached capacity and will be directed elsewhere within the Venue.

Is there a bar at the venue?

There will be an option to purchase drinks on the night from the bars at the venue. Please note it is a cashless bar.

No food or drinks may be brought by you into the Venue. You may be asked to provide proof of age and identity verification documents, such as a valid passport or photo driving licence, to purchase alcoholic drinks at the Venue bar.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is a free of charge cloakroom at the Venue, which you may use at your own risk. Otherwise, you should keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. The cloakroom is managed by the venue.

Limited mobility

There are limited wheelchair spaces at the Venue. If you or anyone in your group booking has limited mobility, requires a wheelchair access seat or has any other accessibility requirements, please notify us by email to events@htb.org prior to booking.

How HTB uses your personal data

Filming and Photography

Filming and photography will take place at the event. HTB will hold the images/videos, and share them with Alpha International, St Paul’s Theological Centre, Church Revitalisation Trust and the other third parties mentioned in clause 9.4 of the Terms and Conditions. We’ll use the images and videos to promote HTB and other related events via social media, our website and in the ways and for the other purposes specified in clause 9.3 of the Terms and Conditions. If you don’t want to be filmed/photographed, there’ll be a designated no filming zone at the event – please ask a steward where this is on the day. Any questions?
