The event will be taking place on Thursday 23rd October 2025 130pm and will finish by 4pm at Forum’s Unit in Princes Quay. (The venue can be found on the second floor of Princes Quay shopping centre, Unit F16. Once on the second floor, head towards the car park doors and the unit is just on the right with ‘Forum @ PQ’ signs on the outside)
Please note it is only 1 booking per organisation due to Health & Safety restrictions on numbers for the venue.
If you book a place and cannot attend on the day, may we please ask that you advise us as we hold a waiting list and will be able to give your space to another organisation. If you book and do not attend you will be placed on a waiting list for future assemblies.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please ensure that on the day you wear your lanyard and bring with you any leaflets that you would like to share with other organisations.
