Ron joined Connect Assist in June 2015, bringing over 30 years’ experience in sales & marketing, media, e-commerce, leadership and business strategy to the table. In 2017 he spearheaded an MBO and was appointed CEO. Under his leadership, the company witnessed significant growth, expanding its team from 140 to over 450 employees before being acquired in 2021.

After this incredible journey, many would be ready for retirement, but not Ron. Since his time at Connect Assist drew to a close, Ron has stepped in as Interim CEO of Maramalade Trust, launched his own side-hustle and knowing him, chased another hurricane or two...

Ron's story—and those of others like him—will challenge what you think you know about success, resilience and leadership.
