Shamrock Promotions is an organisation promoting new and current artists performing in the Blackburn and Ribble Valley areas. Working closely with Mellor Brook Community Centre, the company plans and manages concerts and provides public address for bands and solo acts playing in the area. It is a partner organisation of Shamrock Recording Studio, based in the village of Balderstone, near Blackburn, Lancashire.
