We are running this popular interactive webinar again for those of you who missed it first time around. It covers all aspects of HR/Personnel/People issues that you may have as a small business. This includes the legal stuff but also advice on how to deal with the practicalities of different personnel scenarios and avoid the case being taken to an employment tribunal.

Olga Crosse FCIPD, MA, is based in Kensington & Chelsea. She has over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors in transformation, change management and employee relations. She has worked as HR Director or senior manager in organisations such as ECGD, DEFRA, Circle Anglia, St Barts NHS Trust, Institute of Physics, Ealing Council, Imperial College among others. She then set up Crosse HR which specialises in offering external HR services to SME companies which do not have HR capacity in house or need specialised advice.
