The CIPD South Yorkshire and District branch is proud to bring our first full day HR Masterclass aimed specifically at HR Practitioners and Managers. The event will cover a variety of relevant topics that many HR professionals will face in their day to day roles. This event will bring together in one masterclass four keynote speakers covering four key areas including:
- Laurence Harvey from Lawrence Harvey Training will be speaking on 'Unconscious Bias'. Laurence is an expert in face to face Unconscious Bias.
- Jo Brown from DignityWorks will cover 'Workplace Bullying'. Jo is a leading practitioner in this area with 15 years experience in the prevention, intervention and resolution of workplace bullying.
- David Liddle from the TCM Group will be delivering a session on 'Taking the Grief out of Grievance'. David is the founder and Chief Executive of the TCM Group and has over 20 years experience in mediation, dispute resolution and management consultancy.
- Phil Crow, from the legal team at Shoosmiths, will be delivering a session on 'Ending the Employment Relationship'
The session will be highly informative and interactive, giving you plenty of opportunity to discuss and share ideas which you can take back to your organisation

Who should attend? - This will be of particular interest to generalist HR personnel, line managers, and anybody who is involved in managing staff.

Parking is available on site, on a first come first serve basis.
Places are very limited, so please only book if you are able to attend the full day event. The event will be fully catered for, so in order for us to be able to continue to provide free events to our members, we need to ensure accurate number of attendees. Priority will be given to CIPD members.
