Following last year's session on mindfulness as part of the School's work-life balance actions, Stevie Barrett (a colleague in Celtic & Gaelic) will lead a similar introductory session for us on Mindfulness. Those who attended the first session are very welcome to come along again for a refresher!

Mindfulness is a stress reduction technique which some find helpful in managing stress in their everyday lives. This is a 2 hour informal introductory taster session open to all staff and postgraduate research students in Humanities.
