Humber IOSH Community - A Champion’s Approach to Occupational Health
Overview
Join the IOSH Humber Community, Tommy Coyle from Coyle Ventures, and Arco experts for an inspiring and informative session exploring how to protect and enhance workforce health and wellbeing.
Drawing on his experience as a professional athlete and community wellbeing advocate, Tommy Coyle will share how the mindset of a champion can be applied to workplace health. He’ll discuss practical strategies for building resilience, promoting healthy living, and supporting both physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Tommy’s engaging approach connects personal health, motivation, and performance, helping organisations create healthier, more productive teams.
Alongside Tommy, Arco’s specialists will provide expert insight into managing and controlling workplace health risks. They’ll explore effective measures for hearing protection and noise exposure control, respiratory health (including dust management), vibration risk reduction and management, and health monitoring and surveillance techniques to track and maintain worker wellbeing.
This event combines inspiration with expertise, offering both motivational insight and practical guidance. Whether you’re a health and safety professional, manager, or team leader, you’ll come away with actionable ideas to strengthen your organisation’s approach to occupational health and wellbeing.
