Event Information
Event description
Description
Hungary and the Hapsburgs traces the country's unique development of choral music through the ages; from the earliest Western-style polyphony, through music at the Hapsburg court, the folk music revival spearheaded by Kodaly and Bartok and finally settling on the shimmering textures of contemporary Hungarian composition.
The Fracture Collective present this unique programme in grateful collaboration with the Friends of Brompton Cemetery.
