Youngsters who are getting ready to start school after the summer are especially welcome!
Sharing stories is a great way to boost your child’s understanding of language and improve their listening skills. It’s also a chance to socialise – both for you and your little one!
StoryPlay is aimed at children aged 3-6, you'll enjoy a story and then have time take part in a simple activity like colouring, crafts or games.

Please only book tickets if you are sure that you can attend - we've hosted some events recently where attendee numbers have been low due to several no shows. Library staff put a lot of effort into preparing for events and the spaces could have gone to families on the event waiting list.
We understand that unforeseen things happen. If you book tickets and can no longer attend, do let us know. Return the tickets in your Eventbrite account, call the library, or send us an email.
