Hurricane Spa Pool Bookings
Access to Hurricane Spa is only available to homeowners and guests staying at Silverlake.
Tickets are restricted to 40 people per 90 minute sessions for everyone's safety, comfort and enjoyment.
Please note that you are permitted to book one pool slot per day. Tickets will be checked centrally on arrival by giving your surname to ensure a contact-free process for you.
Please don't arrive early for your slot, as we will be unable to admit you until your allotted time.
Please do not visit the spa or pool if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
The spa will be open daily from 0900 until 15 minutes after the final booking slot available. The first hour from 0900 till 1000 will be for homeowners only.
Access will be limited to 90 minute sessions followed by a 15 minute changeover period to allow for any additional sanitisation (if required) to be carried out.
There will be a maximum of 40 people allowed in the spa facility at a time, whether swimming or not.
Sun loungers will be available. Normal parental responsibilities apply.
Changing rooms will be open, please continue to self sanitise touch points before leaving the changing rooms. Please do not bring any valuable items with you when coming for a swim.
Guests are still advised to arrive at the pool 'beach ready' where possible and changed for swimming to avoid over crowding in the changing rooms. Showers and Hairdryers will be available for use.
Homeowner towels will be available on request at reception. Rental towels will also be available on request, at a cost of £2 per towel.
No inflatables will be allowed in the pool.
Swimmers should bring their own equipment if required including goggles, arm bands, noodles. These will not be available from the spa. This equipment should not be shared with other bathers outside your household.
The sauna will be open for persons using the pool during their slot booking.
Bookings will be made available two weeks in advance.
