Hurricane Spa pool

Access to Hurricane Spa is only available to homeowners and guests staying at Silverlake.

Tickets are restricted to 26 people per hour for everyone's safety, comfort and enjoyment.

Please note that you are permitted to book one pool slot per day. Tickets will be checked centrally on arrival by giving your surname to ensure a contact-free process for you.

Please do not arrive early for your slot, as we will be unable to admit you until your allotted time.

Please do not visit the spa or pools if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.

The spa will be open daily from 0900 until 15 minutes after the final booking slot available. The first hour from 0900 till 1000 will be for homeowners only.

Access will be limited to one hour sessions followed by a 30 minute changeover period to allow for sanitisation to be carried out.

There will be a maximum of 26 people allowed in the spa facility at a time, whether swimming or not.  

The pool will be divided by lane ropes to aid with spacing in the pool.

There will be a one way system in operation to get in and out of the pool.

One way  entry and exit route will be demarcated with foot markers. Entry into the spa will be through the main entrance doors. Swimmers will be required to exit via the gate by the fire escape using their card/fob.

Sun loungers have been removed to encourage visitors to relax at their property and leave the pools for swimmers. Normal parental responsibilities apply.

Tables, chairs and stacked sun loungers will be in place for those supervising to sit and place towels. Hooks are also available under the covered walkway to hang towels. Multi purpose anti-bacterial spray will be located on the table for users to self sanitise.

Changing rooms are open for changing during inclement weather. Access & egress is via the pool side door only and ONLY ONE HOUSEHOLD is to use them at a time, please self sanitise touch points before leaving the changing rooms. Please do not bring any valuable items with you when coming for a swim.

The terrace toilet is the only one available, do not use the changing room toilets except when changing. The disabled toilet is available on request at reception.

Guests are advised to arrive at the pools 'beach ready' and changed for swimming and should use the outdoor poolside showers prior to entering the water and then shower afterwards in their property.

Please bring your own towels, as staff will be unable to provide these until further notice.

Social distancing guidelines must be maintained at all times when in or out of the pool, as well as when static or moving in the water.

No inflatables will be allowed in the pools.

Swimmers should bring their own equipment if required including goggles, arm bands, noodles. These will not be available from the spa. This equipment must not be shared with other bathers outside your household.

The sauna will be open for persons using the pool during their slot booking, only 1 household at a time.

The layout of the reception has been altered to allow easy, safe access to the pool.

Bookings will be made available two weeks in advance.

Please try to book your slot by midnight the night prior to your booking but bookings are permissible from 1 hour before the slot (availability dependent).
