About the speaker

Pallavi Chintapalli, MBCS, is a Master’s student at the University of Hertfordshire and a technology professional with over eleven years’ experience in software development, RPA, intelligent automation, and agentic AI.

She has delivered enterprise solutions for global leaders including Telstra, Bank of America and Microsoft, specialising in scalable Microsoft-based systems and automation frameworks such as UiPath and Pega Robotics.

Passionate about the future of AI-driven automation, Pallavi is exploring how large language models and autonomous agents can transform business operations.
