SYNOPSIS

In this talk, we will look at best practises when building and deploying financial applications that process highly sensitive data.

At iPipeline we provide an interface to pipe data through our systems for generating life insurance quotes. We process sensitive information, and we keep our application secure and our data safe. We bake security into our build and deploy process to ensure a secure software lifecycle.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Chris Blackwell has been securing iPipeline application for over half a decade.

As an OWASP Member and BCS committee member, he is passionate about technology and security. He is an AWS Security Specialist and CompTIA Security Expert.

Focusing on API security and best practises, to keep applications and data secure in the world of financial services.
