SYNOPSIS
Cybersecurity isn’t just about building secure code and firewalls, - it’s also about people, systems, and trust. As we race toward 2030, this presentation explores how the future of cybersecurity depends on designing for everyone, not just the few.
From inclusive recruitment and building high-performing teams, to accessible systems and ethical AI, we will uncover how exclusion creates vulnerabilities—and how inclusion builds long lasting resilience.
Whether you are a technologist, leader, student, or just wanting to know more on the subject, this session will offer strategies, and challenge your assumptions to show why the most secure systems of tomorrow will be those built with everyone in mind.
