SYNOPSIS

Development projects seem to struggle with delivering the right results at the right time. Still, every time I coach a project team, they almost immediately start delivering better results in less time, allowing them to deliver successfully on time, or earlier. So, what are the secrets that make this happen?

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES

Niels Malotaux is an independent international product development coach, and expert in optimizing performance. He has some 45-year experience, at Philips, 20 years leading an electronic systems design company, and since 1998 helping projects to deliver Quality on Time: delivering the Right Results at the Right Time, enabling customer success. Sometimes still developing electronic products for clients, allowing him to understand the pitfalls of developers first hand.

Since 2001 he taught and coached over 400 projects in 40+ organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium, China, Germany, Ireland, India, Israel, Japan, Poland, Romania, South Africa, the UK and the US, leading to a wealth of experience in which approaches work better and which work less well in practice.
