About the speaker

Kiran Lakshmi Krishnan is an AI Tech Consultant and AI Engineer, specialising in designing and deploying intelligent solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

An active member of BCS , The Chartered Institute for IT, since 2021, Kiran has held multiple roles in her student chapter before joining the Hertfordshire Branch in 2024.

She is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire with an MSc in Advanced Computer Science.

Kiran is passionate about helping organisations integrate adaptable AI workflows and has delivered workshops such as the Microsoft AI Fundamentals session, preparing students and professionals for certifications and real-world applications.

Her current interests focus on Copilot extensibility and the practical adoption of multi-agent systems in enterprise environments.
