Join us as we celebrate HR Professional Day and explore the future of HR in the era of hybrid work!

The International Common Good HRM Network and the Common Good HRM Research Cluster at The Open University would like to invite you to attend an upcoming event on 26 September from 10:00 to 11:00 UK time (with networking until 11:30).

As hybrid work continues to transform the modern workplace, understanding its implications for equity, productivity, and organisational culture is more important than ever.

This event is hosted by the Research Team of the project ‘Common Good HRM Framework for Hybrid Work: An International Comparative Study,’ including Dr Olga Andrianova (The Open University, UK), Prof Fiona Edger (University of Otago, New Zealand), Dr Natalia Podgorodnichenko (University of Otago, New Zealand), Dr Isidora Kourti (The Open University, UK), Dr Brian Matthews (Vienna, Austria), and Dr Adeel Ahmal (University of Iceland).

We will discuss how Common Good HRM can create inclusive and effective hybrid work environments, and how HR practices can support this aim. We are looking forward to meeting you there.
