Unpicking the complex debate around the future of hybrid working including staff wellbeing, use of technology and management of offices.
About this event
Traditional ways of working have significantly altered as a result of the pandemic. Throughout the pandemic non frontline public sector staff were unable to work from offices, with employees restricted to remote working. As result, people’s working habits and needs have changed and organisations have had to adapt and introduce new technology quickly.Over the last 18 months many public sector organisations have become more flexible, offering staff fully remote or hybrid working opportunities where possible. The public sector is still adjusting to this new way of working and as we learn to live with Covid-19 and adapt our work practices to protect staff health and wellbeing we need to continue to review and reflect on the opportunities this presents.
The event aims to highlight how public sector organisations have managed these changes and will begin to unpick the complex debate around the future of hybrid working including staff wellbeing, use of technology and management of offices.
