Beat the January blues and come join us on Saturday 21st of Jan from 12pm for some traditional Danish Smørrebrød and cold beer at The Bottle Shop.
The Danish smørrebrød's tradition spans back for hundreds of years, starting with the beautifully looking sandwiches being served as an indulgence in Copenhagen’s Tivoli gardens, to being the common mans daily lunch of choice, to now having moved into some of Denmark’s best restaurants while also spreading to cafes and street markets across Europe and the rest of the world.
Danish smørrebrød is both filling and healthy. The bread is seedy and full of fibres, and the toppings are commonly lean meats and fish, topped with fresh herbs and greens.
At HYGGE smørrebrød we have a high standard of quality and only use the best and freshest produce.
All curing and cooking is done in house, using traditional Danish traditions and recipes and our bread is home baked.
Join us for a good dose of authentic Danish winter hygge...
