Relaxation is an experience of physical and mental freedom from tension. It can be accessed in a number of ways including listening to quiet music, reading a book, or taking a long walk. However, some people prefer specific types of relaxation therapy, such as hypnosis.
Hypno-Relaxation in London is a group-hypnosis / guided-relaxation evening that was created to give you the chance to slow down, relax, and unwind in the middle of a hectic week.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a completely safe, all-natural, and dream-like state of altered awareness.
You maintain total self control during hypnosis, and you can come out of trance anytime you like. During hypnosis you will hear everything that's said to you. However due to the relaxing nature of hypnosis, you may not remember some of what you hear.
How is Hypnosis Different to Meditation or Mindfulness?
Meditation, mindfulness, and hypnosis are all alterend states of awareness, but only hypnosis uses the power of suggestion to help you to your achieve goals, overcome anxieties, and escape stress. During hypnosis your inconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions.
What will you learn at this event?
In this group you will have the safety and freedom to explore all the thoughts, questions, and insights that brought you to seek a deeper experience of relaxation such as this.
You will experience a very relaxing light trance state for a full 45 minutes. You will also learn more about what hypnosis is, what it's not, what it feels like, and what it can be used to treat.

Andrew McLean is a clinical hypnotherapist and co-founder of Hypno-Relaxation in London. He has undergone postgraduate study at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, and has numerous professional certifications in neurolinguistic programming.
Since 2016, Andrew has been a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
