Event description

Description

Would you like to learn the basics of hypnosis, and have some interesting experiences?

Please join us for an enjoyable workshop, where you'll learn a uniquely desirable set of skills in a small group.

In just one short day, you'll learn:

  • how to hypnotise people, safely and easily.

  • some of the different uses of hypnosis.

  • how both hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis work, and how they differ.

  • the basics of hypnotic language patterns, and how they are used by others as a persuasion tool.

  • how to develop the skills needed to practice hypnotherapy safely and effectively.

  • how you could take further training in hypnosis to enable you to start a new business, earn a second income, or enhance your current professional life.

Although we'll cover some important theory, this will be a very practical course. You'll have a number of opportunities throughout the day to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis.

If you've never experienced hypnosis before, you'll find it to be a very familiar state - along the lines of daydreaming, or being absorbed in a book or film, but with the benefits of focus, and complete control. My students and one-to-one clients describe me as caring, gentle, encouraging, supportive, and someone they feel very comfortable around.

Obviously, a one-day workshop isn't going to qualify you as either a hypnotherapist or a stage hypnotist, but it's a great place to start and is a fascinating way to spend a day, either or your own or with family or friends (no under 18s, please, for insurance reasons).

Why study with me? I've been part of the Hypnotherapy and NLP community for over 25 years now, and have trained with a lot of high profile people - including John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Steve Gilligan, the Milton Erickson Foundation, Ernest Rossi, Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Albert Ellis, and Tony Buzan.

I've also achieved success in a number of professional areas, by applying my skills, including education, therapy, coaching, business, consulting and the visual arts.

The workshop will be held in the Durham Dales Centre, in Stanhope - a quiet country town, steeped in history - and you'll have access to part of the Castle Gardens. We're also very close to the river, and many, many other inviting locations.

Advance booking only, please. I need to know who to expect, and how many. I also need a commitment from you, to attend the session and practise the techniques. Your booking is non-refundable if you're unable to come (but it may possible to transfer it to someone else, upon request).

Book now, and take the next step towards your future success.
