Empaths are highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and even unspoken signals of others.

This can lead to prioritizing other people’s comfort over their own, sometimes without realizing it.


Absorbing the emotions of others can leave empaths mentally and physically drained.

By the time they recognize their exhaustion, they may feel too depleted to practice self-care.


Hypnosis and hypnotic relaxation encourage turning inward, shifting awareness to one's own sensations, emotions, needs.

Through guided trance, an empath can safely explore what they are feeling rather than what they are absorbing from others.

Mindfulness components help them notice themselves.

In 45 minutes you will experience roughly 25-30 minutes of hypnotic relaxation acompanied by some ambient music; and 20 min of thereapeutic reflection on your experience and intention for the coming week to benefit your health and wellbeing.


This session may help you with:

  • reduction of stress and worry,
  • lowering blood pressure and regulating hormones,
  • promoting deep inner relaxation,
  • increasing mental and emotional clarity,
  • removing blockages and toxins from the body,
  • finding deeper understanding of self

You will learn, in a bite size, the benefits of hypnotherapy, how it works and how it can improve your life.

What is also provided:

  • a yoga mat
  • cushion for comfort
  • a warm blanket
  • herbal tea

Most sessions take part in small, 6 persons, group so that you can feel safe and comfortable.


Patti is a Therapist with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscince. She uses her passion for hypnosis and science backed approach to help you relax, rewire your neuropathways so that you can feel calm and revived .
