In this group session, you’ll learn what hypnotherapy is (and what it isn’t), explore how it can help with stress, anxiety, self-confidence, and more… and enjoy a deeply calming guided hypnosis journey.
No prior experience needed. Arrive at 7.10pm for a 7.15pm start.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A cushion or pillow for your head
- A warm blanket or throw
- Water or herbal tea (optional)
- Comfortable clothing
Price: £25 per person plus booking fee.
Spaces limited to 15 attendees – booking is essential.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions about hypnotherapy and share your experience if you wish to.
