I’m not a member, can I still take part?

This event is FREE exclusively for Fife Sports and Leisure Trust Club members. However, Lite or non-members are more than welcome to join in the fun. The 60 minute session will cost £10.00 plus an Eventbrite booking fee.

Do I need any prior HYROX experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! This event is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're a HYROX beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Question 4

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable workout gear, bring a water bottle, and we also recommend a sweat towel!

Do you offer HYROX fitness classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have five classes on our timetable just now. Three HYROX and two HYROX Youngstars at Carnegie Leisure Centre, Dunfermline. More classes coming soon - keep an eye on fifeleisure.org.uk/hyrox.

Will you be offering a HYROX PFT?

Yes! We plan to host HYROX PFTs, dates are still to be confirmed, stay updated by subscribing to our mailing list at fifeleisure.org.uk/hyrox

Will you be offering HYROX Simulations?

Yes! We plan to host HYROX Simulations at Carnegie Leisure Centre, Dunfermline, and Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, Glenrothes. Dates are still to be confirmed, stay updated by subscribing to our mailing list at fifeleisure.org.uk/hyrox.
